To fully enjoy our celebration weekend in Montreux in mid-December, we have centralized the accommodation for our event. During the high season of the renowned Christmas Market, hotels reach full capacity rapidly and rates increase significantly.
We kindly request that you book your room as early as possible, as we will unfortunately be unable to guarantee availability or secure specific rates closer to the wedding.

Royal Plaza Montreux (5-Star)
The Royal Plaza is the hub of our weekend. It is here that our ceremony and evening reception will take place.
Location: On the shores of the Léman.

La Villa Toscane is the perfect affordable alternative. Located just across the street, you will simply need to cross the road to join us!
Convenience: Check-in for La Villa Toscane takes place directly at the main reception of the Royal Plaza.

Additional Hotels Information
Here are the practical details and policies provided by the hotel to help you prepare for a seamless and relaxing stay.
Schedule & Logistics (Important for Saturday Arrivals)
Check-in: Rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 PM. If you have booked your stay starting on Saturday only, please keep this in mind when planning your day to ensure you have enough time to get ready and are not late for our ceremony.
Luggage Storage: If you arrive early, the hotel offers a secure luggage storage service at the reception, available both upon arrival and departure.
Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest. The hotel enforces this policy strictly: any unannounced late check-out will result in penalties ranging from 50% to 100% of the nightly rate.
Registration, Deposit & Taxes
Identification: An ID matching the exact name on the reservation will be required upon your arrival.
Security Deposit: A credit card is mandatory at check-in. The hotel will place a hold of approximately 100 CHF per night to cover any potential incidental expenses (minibar, room service, etc.).
Tourist Tax: A municipal tax of 8 CHF per person, per day is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the reception at the end of your stay.
Breakfast & Extras
Dining: If you did not include breakfast during your online booking, you can add it upon arrival. It is served at Café Bellagio from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (American Breakfast for 30 CHF or Express Breakfast for 15 CHF).
On-Site Payments: The establishment accepts most major cards (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Twint). An ATM is also available on the 1st floor of the hotel if needed.
